Afrhino Agrotech
Integrated Forage Production & Dairy Farming
A fully integrated forage production and dairy farming system designed to generate stable cash flow with strong scalability potential.
Integrated Forage Production System
Year-round feed production with a diversified 4-crop system. Planning based on realistic field data.
Internal Feed Savings
All forage used internally for dairy — 35-65% dry matter self-sufficiency covers Y1-Y4, 55% in Y5.
Diversified Water Needs
4 crops with different water profiles — Italian Ryegrass at 500mm to Maralfalfa at 1,200mm.
Realistic Economic Life
Perennial crops give 5-7 years of economic production. Annual crops re-sown for winter coverage.
Green Biomass Yield
500 tons DM, 2,820 tons green biomass from 20 hectares. Based on realistic field data, not marketing claims.
Year-Round Production
Tropical grasses produce Apr-Oct, Italian Ryegrass covers Nov-Mar. No feed gap in the system.
Strategic Location
Aegean coast of Turkey — ideal climate for both tropical and cool-season grasses.
About the Project
Integrated Agricultural Excellence
Afrhino Agrotech establishes a fully integrated forage production and dairy farming system with a 20-hectare 4-crop forage system and 50-head dairy herd growing to 126 milking cows by Year 5 through internal breeding.
Our Vision
To create a sustainable, high-yield agricultural operation that addresses Turkey's structural feed deficit (50-60M ton gap) while generating consistent returns for investors through dual revenue streams: daily milk sales and male calf sales.
Strategic Location
Located on Turkey's Aegean Coast – optimal climate for 4-crop forage production (Maralfalfa, Alfalfa, Odot, Italian Ryegrass) with excellent dairy market access.

“Sustainable agriculture is not a return to the past — it is the path to the future.”
— Afrhino Agrotech
4-Crop Forage System
20 Hectare Diversified Production — Based on Realistic Field Data

Maralfalfa
Pennisetum purpureum × P. glaucum
💡 Highest biomass producer in the system. Needs heavy N-P-K fertilization for optimal yield.

Alfalfa
Medicago sativa
💡 Proven & reliable. N-fixation saves fertilizer, excellent for grazing. Decades of Turkish field data.

Odot
Cenchrus purpureus cv. Mott
💡 Premium nutrition — higher protein & leaf-to-stem ratio than Maralfalfa. Ideal for dairy cattle. Suitable for direct grazing.

Italian Ryegrass
Lolium multiflorum
💡 Winter producer — only crop that produces during Nov-Mar when tropical grasses are dormant. Known as "Süt Otu" (Milk Grass).
Investment Opportunity
Why Invest in Afrhino Agrotech
Structural Demand
Turkey has a 50-60 million ton annual forage deficit, ensuring strong market demand.
Dual Revenue Model
Daily milk sales + male calf sales. All forage used internally — no forage sales needed.
Internal Breeding
Herd grows 50→72→94→126 milking cows over 5 years through internal breeding — no additional purchase.
Strong Returns
DSCR 2.51x from Y2. Y5 balloon ($495k) fully covered by $334k Y4 cash + Y5 income. Total 5Y return with herd: $1,007k (123.8% ROI).
